Mount Fuji

Fujiyama, Magic Mountain, also known as Mount Fuji, is located on Southern Honshu Island in Japan. It’s the tallest mountain in Japan at 3,776 meters high. It is one of Japan’s “Three Holy Mountains” and is surrounded by five lakes. Being a volcano it last erupted in 1707. It’s shaped like a cone and has many visitors each year. It is depicted in lots of art and photos. Along its slopes are a number of shrines and temples. Mount Fuji is famous for its symmetrical cone shape and astounding beauty. It’s also a common place to mountain climb.See Mount Fuji Video
